I made a little surf and turf for dinner to welcome May 1st..haha! It would have been perfect if we have frozen margaritas to go with it….except we ran out of Triple Sec and was low on Tequila….. Time to visit the liquor store!! So, we settled for some of my favorite beer instead; Stella Artois.
