Will definitely get shelled ones from the shops next time! The texture is definitely dryer than hummus, so add more olive oil ( or tahini?) if u want it more "liquidy". I have this delicious spinach/artichoke seafood dip recipe. It's quite good but u could omit the seafood part, I guess. I cant believe you shelled all of those before making the dip. haha In the freezer section at the grocery store, they also have bags of shelled edamame. Maybe sauteing some onion too with the bell pepper and garlic? Sounds like an awesome alternative to hummus!
